In Tallinn, as also in any other major city, people do not only choose an apartment or a house, but also a city district – to suit their tastes and needs. Some of us are fond of the city centre as there is then no need to waste time on driving; on the other hand, some prefer to visit the city centre occasionally and otherwise remain secluded as they live far from the busy centre, or even out of the city. The Pirita city district has every right to be considered a district for such people. Pirita has always been popular and the reason for that – it allows people to live somehow in another dimension without having to leave the capital. Speaking of public transport, the nearest bus-stop is only 2 to 3 minutes away; and by car, it takes no more than 15 to 20 minutes to get there. The area has been planned with the aim to guarantee isolation from strangers and thus privacy for the residents. The houses will be built in the middle of a pine forest.
